The Israeli-Palestinian conflict is a never-ending story. According to Professor Bar-Tal, it is an intractable conflict with a socio-psychological component. He argues that the “ethos of conflict” in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict has been developed to modify individual’s perspective about the conflict and to maintain a distortion of reality, by providing a unique, general and dominant orientation to society.
