XX World Economic Forum, Krynica (Poland) September 7-9, 2010

EPOS, institutional partner of the World Economic Forum, organized a panel entitled:

Energy Dependence and Interdependence.

Implications for the Security of Supply.

Energy¬†interdependence¬†will predominate and solve many issues like security, procurement and alternatives. The most viable solution is to be found in alternative resources. Interconnectedness of oil and gas markets as well as the increasing importance of ‚Äúgreen elements‚ÄĚ can overcome the restrictions of¬†energycommodities and help to find common grounds. This panel analyzes these issues and draws a future scenario by defining roles and policies of actors in the framework of¬†interdependence.
